Shopify hosts our store and processes certain personal information to operate and improve the Services. All purchases are made directly with Mac Squares®.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with Mac Squares®.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.
Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties in other countries to provide the Services.
10. User Conduct
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Harass, abuse, or harm others

By submitting content, you grant Mac Squares® a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your content in any media.
You represent that:
- You created the content
- It is accurate and lawful
- It does not violate third‑party rights
- It contains no harmful code
(c) Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that is:
- False, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful
- Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
- Promotional or containing contact information
- Infringing on intellectual property
- Containing viruses or malicious software
(d) Social Media & Sharing
By tagging us or using our branded hashtags, you grant permission for Mac Squares® to repost or share your content without compensation.
(e) Right to Remove Content
We may remove or refuse to post content at our discretion.
(f) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Mac Squares for claims arising from your submissions.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally, information may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct or update information or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
13. Agents (AI, Bots, Automated Tools)
No automated agent may access the Services unless it:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You consent to jurisdiction in Georgia courts.
